Q: What is our return policy?
A: We accept returns (free for the US) within 10 business days of the order's delivery date. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tag. Any returned merchandise which is damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Please e mail us at aissatoumarieb@combinedefilles.com and we will e mail you a shipping label. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email.
Custom made orders and face masks are excluded from this return policy.
Q: What is our exchange policy?
A: For exchange requests, your exchange will be accepted upon availability. Please e mail us at aissatoumarieb@combinedefilles.com and we will let you know whether the alternative size and/or color you want is available. The merchandise to be exchanged must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tag. Q: Which payment methods do we accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and Paypal. Full payment is required at check out.
Q: What are the shipping terms?
A: We utilize USPS Priority Mail for clothing and USPS First Class for face masks. Standard delivery timings are:
US: 1 to 3 business days
Canada: 3 to 5 business days
International: 6 to 10 business days
Q: Something’s out of stock?
A: If an item is out of stock, we can make to order. Depending on what the style is and whether we have the fabric in house, higher retail price may apply. Delivery time would be 4 to 6 weeks. You can e mail us with your inquiry at: aissatoumarieb@combinedefilles.com.
